Interested in learning how to bake your own organic sourdough from scratch? Join Hailey Burts for her Introduction to Sourdough Baking Workshop! We will cover all of the sourdough basics from vocabulary, timeline, and of course baking a sourdough loaf together. You will take home the following items which are included in your registration cost:
- Sourdough starter in a mason jar
- Proofing basket
- Proofing basket cloth liner
- Bread lame
- Traditional organic sourdough recipe
- Printed and digital sourdough guide
- Samples of the sourdough loaf that you bake during the workshop
- Your own loaf to take home and bake the next day
Join Hailey Burts, the owner and baker of Daily Bread Sourdough AZ in this exciting workshop! Hailey has been the owner and baker of Dailey Bread Sourdough AZ since March of 2024 and has been passionate about sourdough baking for many years! This workshop is $75 per participant which includes all of the tools listed above.

* Please note: You will need to acquire a Dutch oven of at least 6-QT size or larger to bake your take-home loaf the day after the workshop. (The Dutch oven is not included in the $75 cost of the workshop.)
