The Vaccine Makers Project: Learning from Animals
Students explore how animal research has contributed to human health and why it is important to biomedical research.
Students read about the sulfanilamide disaster that led to regulations and oversight of drug manufacturing by the U.S. government and explore how working with animals could have prevented this disaster from occurring.
