Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum: Perseverance - What it Takes to Explore the Red Planet! (STEM in 30)

Did you know Mars is inhabited by robots?

We have been exploring the Red Planet through satellites, landers, and rovers for decades. The next step of that exploration is planned for February 2021 when NASA’s Perseverance rover (and Ingenuity helicopter) will land on the surface of Mars. Tune in to learn about Mars exploration and Perseverance’s mission in this episode of STEM in 30.

Have questions after the program? Tune in to our live chat on Thursday, February 11, at 1 pm to learn more about Mars!
