Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum: Flights of Fancy Story Time - "The Sun's Star Friends"

Gather your little ones for story time with the National Air and Space Museum.

In this story, the Sun visits their star friends that can be found in our neighborhood of the Milky Way. We find out the Sun’s friends are all different colors and sizes, but they are all stars. After the story, museum educator Ann Caspari will make shadow puppets that you can play with in the sunlight.

This story time will premiere on the National Air and Space Museum YouTube channel on June 8 at 11 am ET.

We’d love to see your crafts! Share with us on Facebook, Twitter (@airandspace) and Instagram (@airandspacemuseum) using #AirandSpaceAtHome.

Flights of Fancy Storytime is made possible through the generous support of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.
