Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum: Flights of Fancy Story Time - "The Incredible Balloon Flight to Dizzying Heights"

Gather your little ones for story time with the National Air and Space Museum.

Museum educator Ann Caspari will read the original story “Three High-Flying Friends,” which tells the story of Amelia Earhart, Ruth Nichols, and Louise Thaden who were friends that shared a love of flying. They competed to fly the highest, farthest, and fastest. The Ann will lead a craft to create something special to share with a friend.

We’d love to see your crafts! Share with us on Facebook, Twitter (@airandspace) and Instagram (@airandspacemuseum) using #AirandSpaceAtHome.

Flights of Fancy Storytime is made possible through the generous support of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.
