Siemens STEM Day: Avoiding Cybercrime

Students will learn the foundations of cybersecurity and work together to analyze a variety of cybercrime scenarios. In addition, they will propose measures they might take to prevent each type of cybercrime from happening to them.

 

About the Program

The Siemens Foundation and Discovery Education have partnered to create Siemens STEM Day, a beloved K-12 STEM program that offers an extensive library of free, standards-aligned activities that bring science, technology, engineering, and math to life inside and outside the classroom. These resources have been specifically designed to be easy to implement for educators, parents, Siemens employees, and community volunteers while remaining hands-on and engaging for students in all grades. Additionally, Siemens STEM Day offers dynamic career profile videos, educator resources, employee training, and an annual sweepstakes to make for endless possibilities for engaging in STEM.
