Gardens for Humanity: Cultivating Gardens and Celebrating the Arts

Gardens for Humanity’s mission is to develop and share our relationships with Humanity and Nature through gardening, art, and education.

Founded in 1996, Gardens for Humanity has worked for ecological education to help give our children and all members of our community the values, tools and experiences needed to seek and regain balance with the natural world. Our many Programs and Projects throughout the years have helped to enrich our Verde Valley area from personal wellness to schools and communities.

Our motto is “Connecting people to place and to one-another by cultivating gardens and Celebrating the arts.” Join us as we develop school and community gardens, advocate for local food and help people acquire the tools to be good stewards of the earth.
