Generation Health: How Science Powers Us is a new partnership between Discovery Education and AstraZeneca that aims to make science personal through a focus on healthy living messaging.

This program provides hands-on, standards-aligned STEM learning activities where students investigate both preventative measures and innovative solutions to key health concerns in the areas of oncology, cardiovascular, and respiratory. Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at pharmaceutical labs at AstraZeneca where scientists are continually working to create medical breakthroughs and find solutions to health problems that can affect us all. Along the way we’ll meet some of these scientists to learn more about what inspires them to work in this field. Students will learn about the importance of failure as a way to learn and grow, especially when it comes to innovating new medicines.
