Carnegie STEM Girls: Electrical Engineer

Electrical engineers are wired to science!

They design new electronics and also test and solve problems with existing electronics. They must have knowledge in circuitry, electronics, digital design, and microprocessors. Electrical engineers design many different kinds of high-tech products like GPS, cars, robots, medical machines, and communications equipment. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering “connects” you to this high-voltage career.
