Yavapai County Free Library District: Health Talks, Health & Wellness During the Holidays

Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting Health Talks: A Wellness and Prevention Series provided by Yavapai County Community Health Services on Thursday, November 7^th, 2024, from 5:00-6:45 pm.

Join us this month to learn about wellness during the holidays. The holiday season can often bring added stress and challenges. It’s crucial to take care of both you and your family during this busy time. Join us for an engaging session where we will explore practical ways to prioritize your health and wellness. Topics will include managing stress, staying active, and maintaining good nutrition during the holidays.

As part of the program, participants will also enjoy a snack tasting and learn tips for creating healthy, delicious treats.

Presented by Yavapai County Community Health Services Health Educators, Sharmel Jordan and Teresa Manning, who bring extensive experience in educating individuals, families, and children on health, nutrition, and physical activity.
