Come to your local Valley of the Sun YMCA to learn more about the science behind keeping your body healthy.

Come and learn the scientific basics of building a healthy body through exercise and nutrition.

Nutrition Station: Come and engage in scientific observation between processed fast food and fresh food and how foods decay and change over time. Learn and discuss different ingredients and how our food can impact our health.

Fitness Station: Enjoy and see what you do in a timed obstacle course and then learn about fitness opportunities and ways to train to see how your body can get stronger and faster over time.

Take Away: Complete our BINGO Card and Fitness Calendar and bring it back at Healthy Kids Day on April 29th for a prize.
