Hello heart sisters! We are excited to offer a hybrid support group meeting with TMC for Seniors. You will have the option to attend the meeting either in-person at the TMC for Seniors location or online through Zoom.
The WomenHeart Support Group will be taking a break for the holidays and there will be no meeting in December.
