This class focuses on expectant parents planning a natural birth. In addition to the basic elements of the other childbirth series, this class provides specific comfort and coaching techniques for each stage of labor. Breathing, visualization, relaxation and other resources are emphasized and practiced to empower expectant moms and give them confidence as they prepare for labor, delivery and after the birth.
