Tucson Medical Center: A New Way to Sharpen Your Brain

Anytime you’re engaged in learning something new, it creates new neural connections in your brain.

This doesn’t just happen when you do brain fitness exercises, like crosswords or Sudoku. It also happens when you try to learn a new physical game. Join Anne Morrison MPA, and her TMC for Seniors brain health team as you learn how and why this happens. You’ll also experience your brain creating new connections as you practice (and get better) at a few easy physical games. Please wear comfortable clothing, as you will be moving around a little during these exercises.

This is an in-person event only that will take place outdoors in our courtyard. Masks will be required for those who attend.
