Tucson Botanical Gardens: Growing Citrus in the Desert Garden

Citrus trees provide delicious fruit and also add ornamental beauty as well as welcome shade to desert gardens. Topics covered include citrus tree selection, fertilization, watering, and ways to preserve the citrus harvest. From grapefruit, lemons, oranges and more – instructor Noelle Johnson, ‘AZ Plant Lady’ will share the best varieties for hot, dry climates.
