As we’re heading into fall, this is still a good time to see hummingbirds before they head back and we’re planning to visit a few different sites in the Huachuca’s to see how many species we can tally.  No real hiking, we’ll drive to the sites and set up at the feeders to watch the different hummingbirds and test our ID skills with the different species, females, and juveniles.

Bring water, snacks/lunch, sun protection. Toilets available at most sites. Car-pooling required.
