Town of Gilbert: December De-Stress: Nurturing Nature Therapy (#34553)
As the holiday season approaches, we can find ourselves over-committed, too busy, and feeling stressed. Would you like to find a way to relax deeply and nurture your well-being during all the busyness? Then December De-Stress: Nurturing Nature Therapy may be just what you need. In this class you will be gently guided through a series of mindful nature-based moments. Each moment will offer you the opportunity to relax and connect with the beautiful natural environment at The Riparian Preserve. We will be walking, doing some healing movement, sitting or lying down for relaxation, breathing, and celebrating our experience with a tea ceremony set in nature. You will also “make and take” a winter herbal bath tea soak for your enjoyment or as a gift for someone you care about. I’m looking forward to nurturing well-being together with you!
All supplies included. Participants should must be able to walk on the trails at the Riparian Preserve, sit, or lie down on the ground; participants should bring a backpack with a towel for sitting or lying down, a water bottle, and arrive at 8:45am for attendance.
