Town of Gilbert: Bonanza LEGO Minecraft Creativity and Animation Camp
LEGO and Minecraft come together in one exciting camp! Start off by building LEGO creations inspired by Minecraft or any other favorite characters and then bring them to life with Stop Motion Animation to make your own short LEGO Movies!
Camp will challenge students to develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while they learn STEM concepts and show off their creativity. Stop Motion Animation lessons are taught using Apple iPads and on apps you can download at home, so the fun can continue after camp is over.
Students should be at least 6 years of age for this camp. Students should bring a water bottle and a small snack and leave their own LEGO and iPads at home. All other supplies are provided. Animation projects and movies may be made available for parents after camp, but otherwise there are no take-home projects.
