Town of Gilbert: Bonanza Gadgets & Gizmos LEGO Engineering STEM Camp
Teach your LEGO bricks new tricks in this exciting LEGO Engineering camp!
We will learn about the Engineering Design Process to design engineering solutions to common problems and make fun projects that use engineering ideas to build our own games, gadgets, gizmos, and machines. Some projects will even be built with LEGO Power Functions motorized parts! Projects will use a mix of standard LEGO and LEGO Technic parts.
Camp will challenge students to develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while they learn STEM concepts and work to solve challenges with creative solutions.
Students should be at least 6 years of age for this camp. Students should bring a water bottle and a small snack and leave their own LEGO at home. All other supplies are provided. There are no take-home projects. Please let us know if your child has a latex allergy on your registration, as a project uses a balloon.
