Elise Gornish is Associate Professor and Cooperative Extension Specialist in Ecological Restoration at SNRE. Her research includes addressing restoration & weed management strategies that mitigate effects of climate change (particularly warming & decreasing precipitation), & designing financially & logistically feasible restoration strategies. Elise will talk about what it means to fail in applied research.
