Sharon Megdal is the Director of the Water Resources Research Center and a professor in the Department of Environmental Science at the University of Arizona. The International Boundary and Water Commission has facilitated the Transboundary Aquifer Assessment Program (TAAP) since 2009. After reviewing TAAP’s assessment efforts, the presentation will consider prospects for binational management.
