
Tempe Public Library: Mind-Body Mondays
Join us in the Teen Center every Monday as we explore the foundations of mental health and physical wellness.
With a focus on Compassionate Mind and Mindfulness techniques, teens will learn strategies to effectively manage stress, anxiety, and emotional discomfort in a safe and supportive space. Begin each week with affirming and grounding combinations of gentle movement and scientifically-backed breathing exercises to better support teens as they face whatever stresses and challenges life presents them with.
