Scottsdale Public Library: Fun with Math & Science

Join us as we explore math and science concepts in an interactive, playful way! Based on the Arizona Early Learning Standards for Math and Science, this six-week course explores concepts and introduces strategies you can use with your child to help build and strengthen their mathematical and scientific thinking skills.

Registration required.  Registrants are expected to attend all six weeks. Please only register your child(ren). Register by calling the Scottsdale Family Resource Center at 480-312-0038.

The Fun with Math and Science curriculum consists of 6 sessions. Session 1: Exploration and Our 5 Senses; Session 2: Counting and Comparing; Session 3: Geometry and Identifying Attributes; Session 4: Sorting and Classifying through Investigation; Session 5: Patterning, Sequencing and Making Observations; Session 6: Measurement, Hypothesizing and Experimenting.

**Note: Program will be held at the Scottsdale Family Resource Center/Paiute Neighborhood Center, 6535 E Osborn Rd, Bldg 7, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
