Prescott Public Library: Geology Talks – Abandoned Mine Lands in New Mexico

Annette Sunda, a geologist with GEM Environmental, will be discussing her experience working on Abandonded Mine Lands in New Mexico.

Annette Sunda earned her BS in geology from Northern Arizona University and her MScs in software engineering and database management. She is the staff geologist for GEM Environmental and is currently based in New Mexico, developing the Abandoned Mine Lands Monitoring Program. Geology Talks are in partnership with ​GEM Environmental and presented with funding from the Friends of the Prescott Public Library.

This is an in-person event with a Zoom option. Meeting rooms will have limited capacity. Staff will be wearing masks and face coverings for attendees are strongly advised.
