Pima County Natural Resources, Parks & Recreation: Beginner Hike – Tucson Mountain Park

New to hiking in the desert? Explore majestic stands of saguaros in Tucson Mountain Park with a 2-mile, beginner-level guided hike.

When you register, you’ll receive a quick guide for how to prepare and what to bring. You do not need fancy gear – just sturdy closed-toe shoes, water, and comfortable clothing. Ages 10 and up.

Consider joining us for our Wild Skills: Preparing for a Desert Day Hike workshop beforehand. $5 fee. Online registration required.

Location: Tucson Mountain Park, Trailhead TBD (Specific Tucson Mountain Park trailhead to be emailed to those registered closer to program date.)
