Phoenix Public Library: Thursday Maker Hour – Papermaking

Join us at MACH1 for Thursday Maker Hour: Papermaking! This month, our Maker Focus is Ancient Civilizations

Are you ready to learn the art and science of papermaking? We’ll learn a bit about the history of paper and its many uses. Then, we’ll delve into the process of creating unique handmade paper, using recycled materials. In this hands-on workshop, participants will make and take home hand made paper they’ll be able to use for things like stationary or their next art project.
