Learn how physical activity not only enhances our life as we age but improves our overall metabolic health. This program will cover other key questions such as “What is Exercise?” and “How do different forms of physical activity directly relate to a happy and healthy life?” Additional topics this program will cover include different kinds of physical activity, what types of exercise are essential in engaging in as we age, and how to get started.
