Phoenix Public Library: Cognitive Training and Alzheimer’s

This presentation covers what cognitive training is and how it differs from mental leisure activities.
It will discuss the evidence on how this type of brain activity will impact cognitive impairments. There is some interaction built into the presentation so that participants can see how to do this type of activity.
