Phoenix Public Library: Budget Bites – Nutritious Cooking for Young Adults

Calling all teens, college kids, and young adults!

Join us for a live food demo and discussion on how to make nutritious food on a budget and/or with limited kitchen access. What food can you maximize for nutritious eating in a dorm? How do you make canned food into delicious and nutritious budget meals? Get hands on with food in a safe environment and eat what you create!

Stations will be set up for participants to help with food prep and taste their creations.

Presented in partnership with The University of Arizona Maricopa County Cooperative Extension.
