Mesa Public Library: Teen Mental Health Workshop
Your mental well-being matters. Teens join us as we explore the significance of mental health. Discover how it shapes your life, recognize signs and symptoms of mental illness, and learn techniques and coping mechanisms to help your overall mental health.
This week we will be creating our own fidget toys to cope with stress and focus our thoughts. We will be sewing marble mazes.
