McDowell Sonoran Conservancy: Wildflower Educational Hike

Welcome! Join us for a guided adventure in the beautiful McDowell Sonoran Preserve. We have something for everyone. The Conservancy relies on the generosity of donors to support our conservation efforts in the Preserve. Your contributions help us mitigate invasive species, restore burned areas, and monitor wildlife to identify current and future threats. To participate, we ask for a donation of $15 per person. Your donation directly supports the protection of the Preserve and is tax-deductible. Read below for important details and then sign up!

Description

Come celebrate spring in the desert and experience the Preserve dressed in its most beautiful colors. Join our knowledgeable guides on this moderate hike to discover the incredible variety of flowers in this area of the preserve. 3 to 4 miles over about 2 to 3 hours.

Our hikes explore the more remote areas of the Preserve. The difficulty of the hikes varies. Please come prepared and choose hikes that match your fitness level. Activities begin promptly at the start time, please arrive 15 minutes before the start to prepare and check-in.
