Description
The Conservancy has a mission to help sustain the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. This walk provides a geological and ecological overview of what lives in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, and how the flora and fauna survive and thrive.
Our walks are usually short (around one mile in length) and easy. They often explore the interpretive trails of the Preserve, which are very accessible and near the trailheads. Activities begin promptly at the start time, please arrive 15 minutes before the start to prepare and check-in.
Restrooms and Water
Restrooms are available at the trailheads. Some trailheads have water. Always bring water and snacks for the trail. Arrive 15 minutes before start of the event.
