Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Quiet Hour

Feel inner peace outside in this guided 4-step process led by Ranger Jacque.

Would you like a break from noise and stress and a new way to enjoy nature? The Quiet Hour process can help. It blends nine techniques or influences that research indicates have a calming or uplifting effect. This seated program is for all abilities, ages 12 and up. Restrooms are available at the Nature Center, but not at the Viewing Pond where we will meet. To get there, take the second left after entering the park. For maximum comfort, wear comfortable clothing and shoes, bring water, and a yoga mat or towel to sit on. No pets.

MEETING LOCATION: Viewing Pond, 2nd left upon passing kiosk at entry

No registration required.
