Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Wind Cave Fitness Hike
Join Ranger Jacque on a strenuous uphill hike to Wind Cave and take in the views of the mountains and the city.
We will hike the Wind Cave Trail with 800ft of elevation and at a distance of 3 miles, it is rated as difficult. The trail is steep and rocky, so it is encouraged you bring proper footwear and if balance is an issue, trekking poles are great to have. Please bring plenty of water and a snack for the top cave. Water and bathrooms are available at trailhead.
MEETING LOCATION: Wind cave parking lot, next to the bathrooms, by the kiosk.
