Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Wildflowers & Butterflies Hike

Join Ranger Kevin for an afternoon hike in search of seasonal beauty.

Join Ranger Kevin for a roughly 3-mile hike on the Blevins Trail. We’ll be pausing to look at wildflowers and butterflies as well as a variety of desert plants and animals along the way. The trail is rated easy with very little change of elevation. Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. Hats and sunscreen are also highly recommended. We’ll meet at the Trailhead Staging Area. NO pets, please.

Limit 20 participants. To register, please call the Usery Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 4. Please be sure you register for the 1 p.m. Wildflower/Butterfly hike. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 3/29/23.
