Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Waterfall Trail Full Moon Hike

Come along with Ranger Shaun as he walks the Waterfall Trail by the silver light of the full moon!

If you think Waterfall trail is nice in the daylight, you should see the white rocks in the full moon! Feel free to hike with Ranger Shaun on this 1.8-mile easy rated hike. Water and restrooms are available at the trailhead. Flashlights recommended for obvious reasons. Blacklights and dressing in layers encouraged as February nights can be chilly, even in Arizona. Waterfall Trail is paved and barrier free for the first half mile, afterwards it turns to an easy rated, trail with a moderate incline. The trail narrows in places and rocks could be more challenging for young children or seniors in the dark. No pets please.

MEETING LOCATION: Waterfall Trailhead. Limit 10 participants.
