
Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Venomous Creatures
Join Ranger Steve at the Nature Center at White Tank Mountain Regional Park on Saturday, November 12th from 2-4pm for an exciting and educational program focused on the venomous creatures of the Sonoran Desert.
Some topics that will be covered include “busting” myths about venomous animals, the differences between venom and poison, what venom is used for, and an up close (but not too close) look at some live examples of venomous arachnids and snakes.
