Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Sonoran Desert 101

Whether you’re just visiting, recently moved to the area, or are a local who wants to learn more about the Sonoran Desert ecosystem, we have just the program for you!

Join Ranger Steve on Friday, November 4th, for Sonoran Desert 101, as he discusses the history, geology, climate, and biodiversity of the Sonoran Desert!

This program will start at 4pm at the Nature Center and include a short hike.

There is no fee for this program, just the standard park admission.

Advance registration is required. Please bring plenty of water and wear closed-toe shoes.

Registration is required for this program. Attendance is limited to 20 people, no exceptions.  Please call the Cave Creek Regional Park Nature Center at (602) 506-9530 to check on availability and register for this program.
