Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Night Owl Hike

Ever wanted to learn more about those mysterious owls that call the Sonoran Desert home? Then join Ranger Steve for this informative owl hike!  

This roughly 2.5 mile out and back hike on the Metate and Towhee Trails aims to search for and to learn about the secretive Great Horned and Western Screech owls that inhabit our Sonoran Desert.

MEETING LOCATION: Spur Cross Trailhead at the picnic tables under the shade structure.

Limit 15 participants. To register, please call the Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 8 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 01/3/24.
