Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Lunch and Learn – Venomous Creatures

Bring a lunch and join Ranger Shaun for a chat about venomous critters!

Rattled by rattlesnakes? Scared of scorpions? Terrified of tarantulas? Bring your lunch and come sit in on a short presentation and Q&A session about venomous creatures from right here in Arizona. Ranger Shaun will have some ambassadors to display, some artifacts to talk about and always has stories to tell. Learn a little more about these cool critters and you may find that they’re not so spooky after all. As a matter of fact, sometimes, they’re pretty cool to have around.
