Discover the magic and majesty of the full moon rising over the desert landscape, following the famous Arizona sunset draping over the mountains. This 1.8-mile hike follows sections of the Clay Mine, Overton, and Go John Trails, making a loop. Please wear sturdy shoes, bring water, and $7 cash for the entrance station or your annual county pass. Small hand-held flashlights are OK; please refrain from using headlamps.
