Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Explore the Old Clay Mine!

Meet Ranger Mark at the Nature Center for this adventure to the Old Clay Mine! 

From there you will be guided along scenic Sonoran Desert trails! Inside the mine we’ll talk about its colorful history. The trails are considered easy to moderate in difficulty and elevation, and may be rocky and uneven. Sturdy footwear is strongly advised. Be sure to bring plenty of water. NO pets, please. Please note that this program is subject to cancellation without notice for safety reasons in case of inclement weather.
