Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Discovery Station – Native Plants
Come beat the heat after your hike and learn about the cacti found in the park and the surrounding Sonoran Desert with Ranger Derik.
A discovery table will be set up in the nature center with samples and pictures of cacti found in the park. Guidebooks and other resources will be available so you can look up the plants you found on the trail. Ranger Derik will also be on hand to answer your questions about cacti or the park in general.

No registration required. Stop by any time between 10:00 and 12:00pm.
