Maricopa County Parks and Recreation: Desert Walk and Talk

Join volunteer Peter for a leisurely one-mile stroll on easy/moderate to learn about plants and animals of the Sonoran Desert.

He will also talk about local history involving the park and share fun Fact and Fiction stories of the Old West. Remember your closed-toe shoes, water and hat. No pets, please..

Limited to 20 participants. Registration required by calling the San Tan park office at 602-506-2930 x7. Meet at the flagpole near the main entrance.
