Highlands Center for Natural History: Wild Explorers and Outdoor Investigators Summer Camp

There are summer camps…. and then there is Highlands Center Summer Nature Camp! Sign your camper up for one week outside exploring, completing challenges, crafting, building, journaling, and making friends. Campers won’t just be in the forest, they will experience the forest in a whole new way. They will learn something about themselves and the local wildlife through play, interaction, and fun!
Camp is five, fun-filled days of exploring, playing, and creating. Campers will discover life from the ground up, learning about the many plants & animals that live in the Central Highlands. The entire program is outside, so come see what the forest has to offer! You can expect innovative and engaging outdoor learning activities, up close investigations local plants and animals, making and playing with friends, and recording memories through writing and crafts.
