Highlands Center for Natural History: Spring Colored Pencil Drawing Series
If you have ever been interested in drawing what you observe in the natural world, you should attend this program! Join local illustrator and author, Diane Iverson, for the Spring drawing series. Learn and practice colored pencil drawing and leave with finished pieces. This class will be held in the Kieckhefer Classroom, where fresh air and inspiration are just a few steps away. Supplies are not included, but coffee and tea are.
May 5th – May 16th
MWF, 9 am-12 pm
Participants need to bring the following materials:
- Faber Castell Polychromos Pencils, set of 24 (or larger)
- Verathin Pencils, White, Black and Lemon Yellow
- Caran D’Ache Full Blender, two pack
- White eraser
- Mono Sand Eraser
- Strathmore Bristol, vellum surface, 9 X 12 tablet
- Pencil sharpener
