Highlands Center for Natural History: Knee High Naturalist Program
Flutter like a butterfly, hoot like an owl, or slither like a snake!
Bring your 3-5 year old little learner to explore and discover our unique environment through the eyes of the animals that live here. Each week will focus on the habits, biology, and life cycle of a specific animal. Children will participate in activities that include physical games, role playing, scavenger hunts, a story, a snack, and a take home craft that you help them make. This is a family focused program so one adult guardian is asked to attend and join in the fun and learning.
All programming is outside, so dress in layers appropriate for the weather.
Tuesdays March 22nd- April 26th from 9:30-11 am
Costs members $8 per class, non-members $10 per class.
