
Glendale Public Library: Virtual Reality – First Steps
Are you curious about Virtual Reality, but haven’t had the chance to experience VR firsthand? Now’s your chance!
Reserve a 15-minute timeslot in advance and strap into the Oculus “First Steps” experience: learning how to navigate a virtual space, interact with VR objects, and even try your hand at a few mini-games. Registration required for participants, observers welcome. Intended for participants 14+. *Notice: People who are prone to motion sickness have a risk of experiencing discomfort when using Virtual Reality, and use of VR headsets is not recommended for those with a history of epilepsy or seizures. All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
