Mindfulness can help people relax, focus, and breathe, and current research shows it can be helpful for a multitude of chronic conditions such as anxiety, depression, pain, and stress. Learn about the valuable skill of Mindfulness and how to live in the present moment in a one-hour Introduction to Mindfulness. Presented by Hospice of the Valley.
Ashley Millett is a registered nurse based at Hospice of the Valley’s northeast office. She is a CFM Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher and practitioner as well as a certified yoga teacher.
