Glendale Public Library: Kids STEAM Lab @ FBL – Bridge Building
Join us once a month for a STEAM themed activity! We will explore tech gadgets like cubelets and 3-D pens, compete in daring feats of engineering, and learn how to solve real-world problems through invention, creativity, and experimentation. Geared at ages 9-12.
Using marshmallows and toothpicks, learn how engineers design and create sturdy bridges. Compete to see who can make the biggest bridge without it collapsing!
All events at the Glendale Public Library are public, and participants may be photographed by the media and/or City staff for future print and/or online publication.
This project is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, a division of the Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
